One does not need to be technologically savvy to use an mATM. The device runs on AAA batteries. Each transaction can be carried out with a series of simple steps. You can use an mATM by following these easy steps-
- Switch on the mATM device and Bluetooth of your phone.
- Search the mATM machine in the phone’s Bluetooth starting with YouCube<>Serial number.
- Pair your phone with the mATM. The mATM screen will read “Connected” on establishing a successful connection and soon after the machine will display “Disconnected”.
- Open the mBnk app and choose between cash withdrawal, balance enquiry, or sale.
- Once you have selected one of the three services, proceed to fill in the desired amount, the customer’s mobile number, name, and click on the process/initiate transaction button.
- The Phone/ Machine will now ask to insert/ Swipe the Debit Card.
- Insert the customer’s debit card into the mATM machine which will then ask to enter their security pin.
- The customer will now Enter Debit Card PIN using the Keypad on mATM device.
- Press the green button after entering the PIN correctly.
- If there are sufficient funds, the screen will display the “successful transaction” message.
- Remove the card from the machine and hand it back to the customer along with the amount successfully withdrawn.
